Farmington Meadows Homeowner's Association Dues Information
By Covenant, dues are legally required from all Property Owners in Farmington Meadows.
Dues are currently $216 per year.
Dues are billed for six-month periods ($108) in advance during March and September.
Dues are due BEFORE March 31 and September 30 and are PAST DUE after April 30 and October 31.
Interest on past due amounts is 1.5% per month beginning April 1 and October 1 of the billing period.
Also, a Past Due Fee of $29 per a 6 month billing period shall be assesed on all past due amounts.
The board has the authority to increase the annual dues by 5% each year.
