Bill Kelley
Treasurer (2010)
Bill is responsible for banking and depositing all monies of the FMHA and disburses such funds as directed by the FMHA Board.  He also signs all checks and promissory notes of the FMHA, keeps proper books of account, is empowered to call all annual audits of the FMHA books to be made by an auditor or audit committee at the end of each fiscal year; prepares an annual budget and statement of income and expenditures for presentation to the membership at its regular annual meeting, and delivers a copy of each to the members.

Chuck Blaha

Chuck is responsible for overseeing neighborhood publications (newsletter, directory, flyers, etc.) and maintaining this superb web site. Duties also include regular attendance of all FMHA Board meetings and exercising and discharging such other duties as may be required by the Board. This includes keeping complete records of all acts and affairs related to appointed duties, and presentation of statements to the members at the annual meeting or at any special meeting, when such statements are requested in writing.
