Please read and
discuss these rules with your family.
Each
member using the clubhouse, pavilion, or pool is responsible for upholding our
community rules. ‘Member’ refers to the
homeowners or their renters who live in property within the association.
Membership is not implied to the children of homeowners and children do not
have the right to make decisions related to operation of the common properties.
Parents must see to it that your children adhere to the rules. We ask that all
members enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Each adult member has the power to ask
anyone to leave the facilities for failure to comply with the rules. If a
member or guest refuses to leave, the police should be called. Please notify a
Board member of this occurrence. Violators will be denied admission to the FMHA
facilities for up to one (1) year. Also, all fines/prosecution costs and cost
of repairs will be assessed to that homeowner.
Clubhouse &
Pavilion or Pavillion & Pool:
$30 for 4 - 6 hours
Clubhouse,
Pavilion, & Pool:
$45 for 4 – 6 hours
1. All fees
must be paid by check (NO CASH) at the time the reservation is made.
Fees are refundable if cancellation is made no later than 1 week prior to reserved
date.
2. Groups
of 6 or more wishing to reserve the pavilion area for parties are required to
rent the pavilion.
3. Use of
the pool is not exclusive to member renting the pool. Members are allowed to
use the pool during pool rental.
4. $75
cleaning/damage deposit fee is required for all rentals. This is separate from
the rental fee and must be paid by check (no cash). This fee is refundable
AFTER AN INSPECTION is made and it is determined the facility is left in good condition. |
